Hi Friend!
Welcome! I’m so happy to have you here. The following policies are in place to protect our time together and ensure a seamless, elevated experience. Please take a moment to review them prior to your appointment.
I’m so looking forward to working together and bringing your hair goals to life! For guests who want stunning color without the high-maintenance routine, I create trendy, lived-in looks that grow out beautifully. My goal is to know you well so I can interpret your needs and make thoughtful adjustments when needed. Below you will find all the information on my policies. 01. Cancellations
Life happens and time is our most valuable resource. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is kindly required so your appointment time may be offered to another guest.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a 75% fee of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file.
To maintain the integrity of my schedule, guests who no call/no show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. If the card on file is declined, locked, or unavailable, the balance of the missed appointment must be paid in full before any future bookings are accepted. Repeated no call/no show appointments may result in being declined for future bookings.

02. Rescheduling

To reschedule your appointment, please email hello@bgamcos.com. If you are outside of the cancellation window, no fees will be charged.
I understand that unexpected situations can arise. In certain circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Brandi Gamarano.
03. Running Late
Arriving at your appointment on time is necessary for your scheduled service to be completed in full. I understand that things happen, and a 15-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service to a shorter one at the originally scheduled service price.

04. Sickness
Your health (and mine!) always comes first. If you or anyone in your household has been experiencing flu-like symptoms (fever, chills, body aches, or anything that feels “off”), please do not come to your appointment. Instead, email me at hello@bgamcos.com so we can reschedule.

05. Service Guarantee
Your hair results are designed to last, and proper home care plays an important role in maintaining your color and overall hair health. For this reason, I recommend investing in professional retail products tailored specifically to your hair needs.

If you experience unexpected fading or are unhappy with your results within 14 days of your appointment while following the recommended home care routine, I am happy to make the necessary adjustments at no additional charge.
To support service longevity and ensure the best possible results between visits, a baseline professional retail purchase is strongly recommended as part of your at-home routine.
06. Service Info
Sometimes your color goals require multiple appointments to achieve the desired results. Service adjustments are intended as slight refinements to your existing color and do not constitute a full service redo. During each consultation, I will be transparent with my professional opinion and communicate whether your goals are achievable or if an alternate plan is needed.
Service prices quoted are starting prices and may increase if the service requires additional time or an above-average amount of product to complete.
07. Refunds
Because my time and product usage are non-recoverable, I do not offer refunds on any services performed. However, communication is always welcome, and I am committed to improving your experience and ensuring your next visit is even better.

Every service is unique and tailored to the individual, which means more than one appointment may be needed to fully understand how your hair responds to certain services or techniques.
08. Environment
It is always my goal to provide a safe, relaxing, and uplifting environment for every guest. If you prefer a quiet, calming appointment, I’m happy to hold that space for you. If you need to chat, laugh, or vent, I’ll be that supportive and trusted ear. Our time together is intentional and sacred.
To maintain this experience for all guests, I kindly ask that children are not brought to appointments unless they are also receiving a service. For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, animals are not permitted in my space unless they are a legally recognized service animal, in accordance with Arizona state regulations.
This is your time to unwind, feel like yourself again, and step away from the noise of everyday life.
